The Subject Properties is being sold on behalf of a receivership estate and has no personal knowledge of the condition or history of the Subject Properties. In addition, the Receiver will make no representations directly or indirectly with respect to the condition or history of the Subject Properties.

The purchase of the Subject Properties will be on the basis of the buyer's own investigation of:

The physical condition of the Subject Property, to include but not limited to subsurface conditions thereof.
The operative or proposed government laws and regulations affection or applicable to the Subject Property.
The buyer will acquire the Subject Property in an "AS IS" condition and any information relied on in purchasing the Subject Properties should be as a result of the buyer's own due diligence.

The close of escrow and completion of the sale is subject to the Court's approval.
